    After acquiring my pit bull's dogs food, my husband and I went to checkout and stood there ten minutes as we watched the cashier look at a cell phone discussing an item a lady was unable not find. We waited, & waited, the cashier pulled out her own phone and started look at it and the lady phone.     You need to do something with your employee name Tanya Stanley. Did you know that she been giving a nudity pictures to her clients and giving them a blowjob behind petsmart building after work or after the store close? ALso she would smoke weed before, during and after work. You need to do something about it, how did i know? My friend told me about her how she would sent her nudity pictures to make him come back for dog grooming service and she give him special service outside of petsmart, such as sexuality perference and all that.     I give the vets and their area 10 stars and a bonus! Amber and the rest of that staff is already for whatever comes their way, even if the groomers tell one of their loyal customers that their dogs shots are not update and they are. I selected Pet Smart because of the one stop shop. I can have it all is what I was thinking. My daughter also has a puppy that gets care at the Shreveport location and when it comes to the groomers... Most of them suck with a few acceptations.   • Horrible Customer Service

    6327 SW 3rd St, Oklahoma City Has horrible customer service. Me and my girlfriend went in there on Saturday, July 26, 2014 to buy a Leopard Gecko and we stood in front of the Reptile section for about 15 min without anyone attempting to help us. Finally we walked up to the manager who was clearly doing nothing and requested help in the reptile department and she told us that she couldn't help us but would find someone who could. She made an intercom call for help in the reptile department and that was it. We stood by the reptiles for another 25 minutes while the same manager walked by... More...

    My dogs go to Petsmart Grooming Salons all around the country. Both of my dogs are also health insured thru Banfield Pet Hospital. If there would have been a Banfield in this store I would have went there immediately. This was there first grooming visit to this store. Both of my dogs had their appt on different days. There are several issues to be addressed relating to both of these appts. First appt......not clipped as specified. Was inconvenienced with having to bring him back with the second dogs appt.     I recently visited a Petsmart store #1040 to buy some goldfish. I stood waiting for an employee named Amanda who was taping up a bag of rock. She saw me standing there for over 5 minutes. Finally another employee came over and they had a coverstaion about this ripped bag. I was then asked if I had been helped, and Amanda took her bag of ripped rock into the back and was finally helped by the other employee. Couldn't the bag of rock have waited? More...

    cashier @417625 On 7/29/10 I visited your store and made a purchase of 44.15. This included 7.99 plus tax for a emery cat refill. The cashier put all of my puchases in the cart (at least I thought that is what she did). When I got home and unloaded the car, I realized that I did not have the emery cat refill. Apparently she did not put it in my cart. I live 50+ miles from the store and cannot just return to tell her and perhaps get the refill that she did not put in my cart.     Went to Petsmart to pick up some more canned food for my pooch (Petco does not carry this brand) and some Frontline flea product with the arrival of Spring in mind. Our Petsmart has a Banfield Vet in the back of the store, this is where I found the Frontline hanging on a tabletop circular rack marked "Display Only".
