Store manager
My dog has been groomed at PetSmart at the Eastland Mall in Covina, California a number if times when healthy but now for the past 5 months she needs a wheelchair to walk, I took her to the Veterinary for a check up on 5/20/2914. She has improved so much so I decided to treat her with a bath/haircut. When I got to the store the manager told us they could not do it, I told her that 2 week ago when I had another pet groomed there I inquired having my special need pet groomed, that employee said that he can. So they accepted my pet but with an extra charge. When I picked up my pet the manager told us "This is the last time we will take care of your dog". Kurt the groomer did a great job and never mention any problems with my pet, but unfortunately due to the manager's attitude I will take my business somewhere else. I have been a customer of PetSmart since 1995, I have taken dogs to the Vet. Clinic, to groomer and shopping at the store many times.
